An innovator and serial entrepreneur, Neil brings his clients a broad and deep perspective including international sales and marketing management achievements at Xerox Corporation - directing Cushman & Wakefield Philadelphia Branch Commercial-Investment Real Estate Department - owning, financing and operating his own entrepreneurial enterprises - negotiating the sale of his B2B Services Company to a NASDQ acquirer and specializing in corporate real estate deployment strategies as Senior V.P. of Capital Markets with C.B. Richard Ellis.

Neil holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Business & Economics from The University of Delaware and a Masters Degree from Villanova University where he taught in the Business School as an adjunct instructor. Personal interests include golf, travel and the performing arts.
